We’re two nurse practitioners—Allie McAllister and Jen Pilotte—who met over a shared obsession with aesthetic training that actually checks every box. In 2020, we launched CULT Conference with one goal in mind: to create the kind of experience we were craving as injectors. We wanted a luxury getaway that made stepping away from our clinics feel like a vacation. We wanted advanced technique training with the industry’s most innovative minds. And we wanted to surround ourselves with fellow injectors who didn’t just match our energy—but inspired us to level up.
